We are Irish…conceived, born and reared in the town of Claremorris, County Mayo, Ireland…the lovely west coast of Ireland where the Connemara ponies play and an area which the throngs of tourists haven’t discovered as of yet.
Although we live in the states now – in Wilmington, Illinois to be precise – we have never forgotten (and never will) our Irish roots. That is why we developed The Keltic Konnection…because it gives us good reason to travel back to the ‘old sod’ many times each year where we can combine business with a visit to our families.
We constantly search for new Irish and European products, paying particular attention to the old Irish way of doing things such as knitting a sweater or throwing pottery. We attempt to buy old and new Irish and European items that we would want for ourselves, knowing that if we like them that you probably will too. We strive for quality.
We are not experts in any particular facets of our business but we love Irish jewelry, Irish pottery and hand-made Irish clothing. We have a line of bedspreads and tablecloths that are hand-made. We attempt to have Irish and European items from A to Z, although we haven’t gotten to ‘Z’ yet.
We ship within one business day, or we will notify you. We allow returns made within seven days. We attempt to describe our products accurately, but if we fail and you are not happy with the item…feel free to return it for a full refund.
